ORDER CANCELLATION

All online orders which are placed can be cancelled provided the item has not been shipped. Orders are usually fulfilled within a few days after payment has been processed and cleared. If an order has not been shipped and you choose to cancel, we will provide a full refund amount including the shipping cost. If items have already been shipped and you require a refund then you will need to return the products once you received them within 30 days. Upon receiving the return products, provided the item(s) are returned in suitable conditions (see ‘Returns‘ section below), your purchase amount will be refunded less the shipping cost.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify Grumpy Gary's company in writing via email (info@grumpygarys.com.au) of your intention to claim a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours of determination.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@grumpygarys.com.au.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@grumpygarys.com.au and we will provide you with a return address.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. ALL returned items need to be shipped with a tracking number to verify product return and to enable your items’ location to be tracked. Any questions are enquiries regarding returns can be emailed to info@grumpygarys.com.au
